Application process
For financial assistance- call or email to sign up for an orientation class which must be completed before an application can be filled out. Orientations are in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 8:30am-10am. Applicants who are ages 60 and older do not have to attend orientation. No documents required for orientation and contact provider to confirm documents required for financial assistance. For diapers- call for diaper distribution day and time
