Provides support to caregivers who care for veterans who are living with the effects of war, disability, or aging. Includes training, respite, and caregiver peer mentoring. Also includes referrals to other VA and community services, if needed. Caregivers of seriously injured post-9/11 veterans may be eligible for a stipend and additional services.
