Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 to 30 who are eligible for services through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, epilepsy, or cerebral palsy, and require that participants have basic body autonomy and the capacity to work toward independent living.
