Eligibility

People living at or below the poverty level in Pima County. Must have Arizona photo ID, source of income, and ability to meet bills next month. All assistance is limited to once per calendar year.

Provides case management and emergency financial assistance to people on low income throughout Pima County. Assistance is limited and based on grant funding. Includes utility assistance to prevent shutoff and propane gas used for heating and limited mortgage assistance to prevent eviction or foreclosure. Offers car repair assistance for families with children (age 17 and younger) who are working. Does not exceed $300 for any repair; not available to people who are unemployed or childless. Provides assistance directly to applicants, and to agencies in the Emergency Services Network.
