Call or visit shelter. Initial drug and alcohol testing required and random testing thereafter.
Fees
Free for anyone who is homeless and has no income. For those with income, a maximum contribution of $210/month or 30% of income, whichever is less. Participation in the Fresh Start Program will earn the contributions back.
