Accepts applications and reviews criminal history records of applicants to determine their suitability to receive a Fingerprint Clearance Card (FCC). People need to submit applications online. If the applicant choose to submit their fingerprints electronically, they will be directed to the Electronic Fingerprinting Application Services vendor website for processing. If they choose to submit prints on a paper fingerprint card, they will be sent the card in the mail for use at an authorized agency.
