Includes service dogs for adults with physical disabilities; hearing dogs for adults who are hearing impaired; skilled canine companion dogs to help children and adults with physical or developmental disabilities under the guidance of a facilitator; and facility dogs who are paired with rehabilitation professionals, caregivers, and educators to improve the mental, physical or emotional health of those in their care. Special program for veterans with PTSD.
