The treatment team includes the doctor, nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacist, chaplain, therapist, and other health care professionals. If the concerns are not addressed, patients you may contact a VA Patient Advocate. Advocates serve as a liaison between the patients and the hospital. They respond to feedback from veterans, family members, and friends and work to find solutions.
