Provides specialized health care for veterans who are transgender, transsexual, intersexed, gender variant, and questioning of gender identify, regardless of stage of change. Services include hormone therapy and access to physicians, pharmacist, psychologist, and others experienced in transgender care. Does not offer gender reassignment surgery; provides post-operative care. Also provides support group for transgender veterans.
