Provides a free culinary training program for unemployed adults. The program prepares participants for an entry level position in professional kitchens by teaching knife skills, cooking procedures, food safety, and kitchen sanitation. Program is 10-weeks and is offered three times per year.

Eligibility
Adults age 18 and older who are eligible to work in the US. Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment, stand for at least 6 hours a day, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and able to read and write in English at an 8th grade level. Must also have reliable housing and transportation, and be able to commit for 10 weeks.
