Eligibility

Unsheltered men, women, and children as defined by hud in Avondale, Goodyear, El Mirage, Surprise, Whittman, Waddell, Sun City, Sun City West, Youngtown, Peoria, Glendale, Mesa, Guadalupe, and Scottsdale. Able to serve individuals with SMI designation that are not actively psychotic or having current delusions. Does not cover Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, or Apache Junction.
