Also provides psychiatric assessment, medication monitoring, and care coordination for those with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI). Offers prevention education and counseling for drug and alcohol abuse. Includes referrals to additional services. The wellness program includes nutritional counseling, smoking cessation, activities, and use of the exercise equipment.
