National Community Health Partners Yuma

Provides housing assistance to veterans and their families who are homeless. Services include case management, assistance obtaining VA and other benefits, and time-limited financial assistance for rent and utility deposits and payments, transportation, emergency housing, child care payments, and moving costs.
