Provides services for adults with substance use disorders and for adults diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI). Includes individual, family, and group counseling; support groups; psychiatric evaluation and medication management; and case management. Also provides counseling and psychiatric services for people age of 15-30 who are facing their first experience of psychosis.
