Residents of Fountain Hills or Tempe with low income, or those who are homeless. Able to receive boxes twice monthly and seniors are eligible for up to 3 boxes monthly.

Visit office; must bring photo ID and utility bill or mail showing name and Tempe or Fountain Hills address dated within the last 60 days.
