Provides court-ordered domestic violence peacemaking circles. Participants, their families, support people, and community members meet with facilitators weekly to encourage dialog and goal-oriented change. Also provides outpatient substance abuse counseling, anger management classes, parenting education, court-ordered substance abuse screening and treatment programs, and DUI Level I and II programs.
