Wig program offers free wigs to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Offers free mammograms and pays for follow-up diagnostic testing recommended including but not limited to ultrasound, and biopsy, for uninsured or underinsured people. Also provides breast health education.
