Description

Provides major and minor repairs to owner-occupied homes for those on low incomes, with an emphasis on older adults and people with disabilities. Includes the repair or replacement of heating and cooling systems, electricity, plumbing, and painting. The community work projects are scheduled annually. Does not build additions or do structural repairs. Does not provide any services to renters or those who are homeless.
