High school sophomores, juniors, seniors, and students who are in the process of earning a GED. Must be age 22 and younger and live in Globe, Hayden, Miami, San Carlos, and Superior. Must bring child's original birth certificate and immunization records, parent/guardian's photo ID, and proof of address.
