Eligibility

Households with income at or below 60% state median. Must be US citizen and Arizona resident. Households who participate in SNAP, SSI, and TANF are automatically eligible. Must provide an email address in application in order for application to be processed. Applicants will need to provide a copy of the current utility bill, photo ID, a disconnection notice, and proof of income. Assistance is limited to once in a 12-month period.
