Provides emergency assistance for individuals and families in need of food boxes, utility and limited rental assistance for all Tempe and Guadalupe residents as well as South Scottsdale/Paradise Valley residents in the following zip codes 85250-85267 and 85271. Offers mobile street outreach services for unsheltered individuals. Provides information and referrals to other community resources, Pathway of Hope case management services for families that enroll in the program, and seasonal assistance back to school, thanksgiving, and Christmas Angels (toys for children).
