Organizes an annual holiday light festival open to the community, and awards prizes in various areas. Entrances into the neighborhood during the Festival are on Fort Lowell Blvd to the south, Prince Rd to the north, Country Club Rd on the east, and Tucson Blvd on the west. The roads are blocked and only pedestrian traffic is allowed, except trolleys, hay wagons, and carriages may drive through. Vendors and portable restrooms are located throughout the neighborhood.
