Call for appointment. Must bring state ID, Tribal ID or Certificate of Indian Blood, Social Security number, birth certificate, insurance card, and proof of address.

Also provides sobriety support groups (Native Sisters, White Bison, and AA), after school youth coalitions, monthly elderly luncheons, and annual community events.
