Description

Housing assistance payments are made to owners of privately-owned apartments on behalf of the tenant. Conventional Housing Program provides housing in county-owned housing units for families, older adults, and people with disabilities on low-income. Residents are eligible to participate in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program.
