Provides permanent housing for adults who are blind or who have visual impairments and may have also been diagnosed with a general mental illness, have a serious mental illness (SMI) designation, or have a physical disability. Behavioral health services, assistive technology training, and job training services will be available to interested tenants. Available counseling and supportive services include, but are not limited to, individual counseling sessions, independent living skills, grocery shopping, and budgeting.
