Provides advocacy and case management for people with a serious mental illness who are homeless or nearly homeless. Services include assistance with obtaining benefits, bus passes, and mental health treatment. Clients are located by outreach counselors and by referral through area agencies. Provides a hydration station and cooling center in the summer.
