Provides services for adults with substance use disorders and for adults diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI). Includes individual, family, and group counseling; support groups; psychiatric evaluation and medication management; maintenance level Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT); case management; and art therapy. Also provides integrated health care. Offered in person and through telemedicine. Offers out-of-home respite for caregivers.
