Households with income at or below 100% state median household income. Must be a US citizen or qualified non-citizen and Arizona resident. Households who participate in SNAP and/or TANF are automatically eligible. Assistance is limited to one standard benefit and one crisis benefit in a 12-month period from one of these programs during an eligibility period; not both.
