Accepts requests for a legal review of a decision made by DES. Appeals can be requested for decisions, actions, or inaction on AHCCCS/Medicaid, Cash Assistance/TANF, Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP), Two-Parent Employment Program/T-PEP, and Tuberculosis Control programs.

Faith-based center provides services for women and teen girls age 13 and older. Provides onsite childcare for children ages 0-5 while mother is receiving services. Free, confidential services include food pantry, formula, baby food, clothing, diapers, showers, nutrition education, individual advocacy, information and referral, support groups, exercise groups, parenting skills, job readiness, adult literacy, citizenship test preparation and a variety of classes. Helps with orders of protection, divorces, annulments, child support, and child custody (or, legal decision making and parenting time) as well as criminal history repair that includes help with good-cause exceptions for fingerprint clearance cards, sealing records, and more.

Administers community college programs and learning centers in La Paz and Yuma counties.
