Homeowners with income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level; must live in Maricopa County outside of the cities of Mesa and Phoenix

Also provides heating and cooling system repair and replacement; and the repair or replacement of appliances, such as stoves, refrigerators, and water heaters. Homeowners on low income who have lived in their house for at least 1 year. Must live in Pinal County.
