Provides a day center and overnight shelter for individuals that identify as female or non-binary who are homeless. Offers breakfast, clothing, pet food, personal hygiene supplies, and shower and laundry facilities, and help applying and paying for identification documents. Case workers are available to provide referrals to additional services. Center is pet-friendly. Also offers a warming center in the winter.

Eligibility

Adults age 18 and older. All children must be accompanied by an adult for meal service. Photo ID is required for food boxes and mail service. Proof of residence within last 30 days is also required for food boxes.

Provides financial assistance for identification documents including drivers licenses, state identification cards, and birth certificates. Also provides safe storage for these documents at the office to prevent loss or theft.

Provides anonymous and confidential hotline for transgender, non-binary people, and those struggling with gender identity. Calls are answered by adults who are trans-identified. Does not include nonconsensual active rescue. Also provides support for friends, partners, family members, and professionals supporting trans loved ones and community members. Offers assistance to complete paperwork for legal name changes and to update government identification; may have financial assistance (microgrants) to pay for filing the documents.
