Ensures the accurate release, effective reentry, transition, and supervision of offenders released to the community. Facilitates the return to custody of those offenders who violate conditions of supervision and who represent a serious threat to the safety of the community. Provides interaction with victims to maintain public protection.
Provides information about programs for justice-involved veterans and incarcerated veterans. Includes outreach and pre-release assessments in prisons statewide. Staff offer information on benefits and short term case management upon release.
Provides transitional housing for former inmates. Services include case management and reentry support.
Contracts with local Residential Reentry Centers (RRC) which are responsible for providing federal offenders with reentry services.
Provides reentry services for women who have been previously incarcerated or are within 6 months of release from prison. Services include pre-release assessment and counseling; employment services including resume development, job skills training and entrepreneurship, and employment and educational assistance; social and life skills development; and personal and professional skills training.
Provides re-entry program for ex-offenders in Yavapai County. Services include referrals to resources such as behavioral health, transportation, clothing, and housing in a safe and private atmosphere.
Provides a regional support system promoting successful reintegration of former inmates. Offers information about and referrals to community resources including substance abuse counseling, housing information, employment skills training, etc. Community Coach Program volunteers help people leaving prison by giving referrals, emotional support, and resource information. Offers Inmate to Citizen classes for families and friends with loved ones returning home from prison or jail.
Offers Bibles and Bible study groups or courses to incarcerated sex offenders and their loved ones. Offers reentry services including housing and job opportunities.
