Assists with relocation and placement in to transitional or emergency housing. Also provides assistance with court documents, obtaining lost records and identification documents, and completing applications for benefits. Child and elder care may be available during court cases.

Eligibility

Victims of domestic violence/domestic abuse, their dependent minor children, and elderly family members, who are low income, are lawful Arizona residents, and those individuals who are from diverse cultures, who have a language and or cultural differences, that otherwise prevent them from accessing mainstream service providers in Arizona. Any eligible client must be lawfully present in Arizona with no outstanding warrants/work release.
