Includes complaints about overgrown vegetation, overhanging trees, weeds, debris, junk motor vehicles, excessive storage, general building maintenance, zoning violations, substandard and unsanitary housing conditions (except mold), unsafe, vacant or neglected buildings, illegal peddlers, and illegal signs.

Enforces the Property Maintenance Code, the Zoning Ordinance, and various municipal codes. Investigates and issues civil or criminal citations for complaints including inoperable vehicles, excessive weeds, landscaping maintenance, fences in disrepair, signs, trash and debris, graffiti, unsafe structures, and property parking violations.

Provides law enforcement services including emergency response, crime prevention information, employment related fingerprinting, police reports, and non-emergency services throughout the city.
