It is the responsibility of the unemployed worker to initiate a claim for benefits. Accepts applications for unemployment insurance claims, reactivations of existing claims, and federal extended emergency unemployment benefits using the Arizona Reemployment Rapid Access (ARRA) system. Accepts and investigates claims of fraud concerning unemployment benefits.
