Provides legal services to the city council and city departments. Prosecute people accused of criminal offenses in Kingman. Provides victim notification and advocacy for victims rights in criminal cases occurring in Kingman.

Provides offender release notifications for victims of crime. Note that additional services are provided by Victim Witness Services for Coconino County (see separate listing).

Provides victim notification program on the status of the offender. Victims register by calling from a touch-tone phone, give the police report number and their phone number, and receive a personal identification number (PIN). Victims can call and enter the PIN and hear about offender arrest, progress through the court system, or release. Victims may also request notification by mail.

Provides on-scene response, death notifications, support, advocacy, case information, offender release notifications, court accompaniment, and referrals for victims and witnesses of crime. Also provides funds through Victim Compensation Board to assist victims of crime with expenses incurred due to crime. Allowable expenses include medical, funeral, counseling, crime scene clean-up, and wage loss that resulted from the crime.

Prosecutes misdemeanor criminal offenses that are committed within Phoenix city limits. Offenses prosecuted include DUI, assault including domestic violence, shoplifting, Order of Protection violations, contracting without a license, criminal damage, hit and run, trespass, prostitution, and suspended license. The Victim Information Center provides information and support services to victims of misdemeanor crimes in Phoenix. Services include information about the judicial system, acting as a liaison between the victim and prosecutors, accompanying victims to court upon request, assistance in obtaining Orders of Protection or Injunctions Against Harassment, and referrals to community services.

Offers comprehensive services for victims of crimes perpetrated by people incarcerated or on community supervision/parole through the Arizona Department of Corrections. Victim Advocate Services include notification of an offender's release date, escape, or death; processing victim's requests; explaining victims' post-conviction rights; providing information regarding the status of an offender; assistance in serving an inmate with an Order of Protection or Injunction Against Harassment; information and community referrals; crisis intervention; advocacy for victims during incarceration/community supervision; assistance with restitution process; accompaniment to parole/commutation hearings; and assistance with concerns related to ADC inmates/offenders.

Provides information and support services to victims of misdemeanor crimes in the City of Scottsdale. Services include providing information about the judicial system, acting as a liaison between the victim and prosecutors, accompanying victims to court upon request, providing assistance in obtaining Orders of Protection or Injunctions Against Harassment, and providing referrals to community services.

Assists with court accompaniment to probation violation, domestic violence review, and restitution hearings. Assists victims with restitution, probation information, victim compensation applications and protective orders. Provides referrals, outreach materials, and training.
