Provides immigration related assistance for individuals and families. Helps reunite those in the United States legally with minor children and spouses who remain in their country of origin. Assists US citizens and those with legal residency to secure residency for their spouses and/or children.
Provides legal information and technical assistance to individuals and families seeking to legalize their immigration and citizenship status. At the first consultation, staff determine if the consultee has an immediate relative as a basis to begin the process of legalizing, and discuss the required documentation and government application fees. At the next appointment, staff provide and assist in completing forms, and take the required photos. Staff are accredited to provide immigration and citizenship assistance and will keep all information confidential, but are not lawyers.
Provides case management of citizenship and immigration petitions and applications, family-based immigrant visa petitions, adjustment of status and consular visa processing, and translation services.
