Seed Library checks out garden seeds. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Library staff available to help with technology and with connecting to social services, job applications and resume writing. Offers use of copy machine, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi wireless access, public computers with Internet access, and fax machine. Meeting rooms available at no charge for non-profit groups.

Lends durable medical equipment for up to 90 days. Equipment includes mobility aids such as wheelchairs, transport chairs, and walkers. Also includes home health aids such as shower chairs, elevated toilet seats, and bath transfer benches.

Provides workstations for the use of people with visual impairments, and for people with learning disabilities, reading disorders, dexterity impairments, writing, or typing difficulties. Programs include JAWS, ZoomText, OPENBook, Duxbury, WYNN Wizard, and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Equipment includes telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD), closed-circuit TV systems (CCTVS), Braille display, Braille printer, Arkenstone Open Book, Kurzweil Reading Edge, and descriptive and close-captioned videos. Provides applications for Arizona State Braille and Talking Book Library.

Provides services to support people in need. Offers food boxes, clothing, personal grooming supplies, meal delivery for nearby homebound seniors, and eye glasses for school children. Also offers ESL classes, job resources, and training programs.

Provides assistive technology for young children with significant physical disabilities. Specialists make assessments, and design and create adaptive equipment such as trays, easels, seating systems, toy and standing bars, light tables, feeding and crawling supports, tummy wedges, and more. Also offers a loan closet so children can try equipment before purchasing items.

Provides information and support for people with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's Disease, their friends, family members, and professionals. Also provides education and support through home visits and support groups. Meets virtually and in-person monthly in Phoenix, Prescott, and Tucson. Loans durable medical equipment, provides respite care, and provides transportation to ALSA-related events including clinic visits.

Provides vouchers for new, basic prescription (single or lined bifocal) eyeglasses for people on low income. Does not include eye exams, but may have information about free or low cost eye exams.

Family participation is encouraged.

Provides assistance to older adults and their families in navigating and accessing social services. Services include information and referral to community resources, benefits enrollment assistance, and equipment loan closet.

Provides congregate meals and activities for seniors. Activities include card games, weekly bingo, monthly potlucks, music, and a variety of arts and crafts classes.

Provides assistance to people in need. Includes food boxes, hygiene supplies, and limited emergency financial assistance for gasoline, utilities and rent. Also loans medical equipment when available, such as walkers, canes, wheelchairs, shower and bath chairs, etc.

Offers hearing and balance care for patients of all ages. Services include hearing evaluation, hearing aids, tinnitus evaluation and treatment, balance and dizziness evaluation, and ear wax management.

Provides home care products, home care equipment, supplies and services including Durable Medical Equipment (DME)/Home Medical Equipment (HME) services.

Offers low-cost mammograms, skin cancer screenings, PSA lab screening, CA-125 lab screening, wigs for those with cancer-related hair loss, and support groups for breast cancer survivors, men, and anyone else who has had cancer.

Provides services for people diagnosed with breast cancer or needing assistance with testing for breast cancer. Wig program offers free wigs to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Offers free mammograms and pays for follow-up diagnostic testing recommended including but not limited to ultrasound, and biopsy, for uninsured or underinsured people. Also provides breast health education.
