Programs include JAWS, ZoomText, OPENBook, Duxbury, WYNN Wizard, and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Equipment includes telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD), closed-circuit TV systems (CCTVS), Braille display, Braille printer, Arkenstone Open Book, Kurzweil Reading Edge, and descriptive and close-captioned videos. Provides applications for Arizona State Braille and Talking Book Library.

Provides comprehensive inpatient and rehabilitation services for veterans and active duty servicemembers who are blind or have functional vision loss. Includes orientation and mobility training, independent living classes, recreational activities, psychological services for adjustment to blindness, health maintenance, and ocular treatment. Family participation is encouraged.

Provides assistive technology training, assistive devices, big print forms, watches, and clocks for people with physical and visual impairments.

Offers eye exams for children and adults with low vision. May include recommendations for optical devices such as magnifiers, telescopic systems, and specialized glasses.
