Ombudsmen identify, investigate, and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of residents in long term care facilities, including adult foster care, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. Also serve as advocates for residents in long term care facilities regarding resident rights, quality of care, quality of life, and access to service.

Must be a resident or calling about someone who is a resident of a long term care facility, adult foster care, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility.
