Provides financial assistance for veteran and Gold Star families with children living in their home that have lost a loved one or are suffering with injuries from combat including Post Traumatic Stress (PTS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and moral injuries. Assistance includes mortgage and lease payments, car payments, utility bill payments, insurance payments, or other critical short-term needs once a year.
Provides clothing, food, hygiene items, and school supplies to youth who are homeless. Offers housing through a Host Family program, life skills training, mentoring, college preparation, employment and career development, fiscal literacy training, independent living skills, and leadership education. Provides information about and referrals to resources including medical care, counseling, and tutoring.
Provides information about kidney health, kidney disease, risk factors, and treatment options. Also provides financial assistance for dialysis and kidney transplant patients to pay for medication, health insurance premiums, and kidney donor expenses.
