Provides prenatal care resources such as, prenatal general and emergency dental care, and post-partum care. Offers case management. Health Start Program helps find doctors for patients who don't have one; answers questions about pregnancy and prepares women for labor and delivery; assists pregnant women with AHCCCS, CHIP, Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP), TANF, WIC, and other family services; and offers classes on childbirth, early learning/brain development, and cooking healthy and inexpensive meals.

Provides primary health care and family resource center. Includes physical exams, flu shots, childhood and adult immunizations, blood pressure screening, STD testing and treatment, and chronic disease management. Also provides family planning services. Telehealth options available. Services provided under contract with Santa Cruz County Health Department.

Provides material support for families in our community with children 5 years old and younger and free pregnancy tests and options discussions.
