Nurses monitor the baby's health and development for up to three years of age. Services include assessing for developmental delays and well-being, parental support and education in caring for a high-risk infant, and referrals to additional resources.
Eligibility
Babies in Maricopa County who spend more than 120 hours in a Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or at the request of the child's physician
