Services include story time for children, technology training for people with vision or hearing loss, cultural and recreational programs, and interlibrary loans. Library staff available to help with technology and with connecting to social services, job applications and resume writing. Offers use of copy machine, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi wireless access, public computers with Internet access, and fax machine. Meeting rooms available at no charge for non-profit groups.
Summer Youth Empowerment Program assists youth ages 14-21 in locating and benefiting from summer employment. Job Readiness Training Program helps people develop the skills and techniques necessary to conduct an effective job search, write a resume, compose a cover letter, and interview with confidence.
