Provides career exploration and job readiness services to help students with disabilities prepare for their future employment. Services include workforce readiness training and job exploration counseling.

Provides free assistance for Social Security recipients to begin employment. Participation is voluntary; recipients receiving tickets have the choice of contacting one or more Employment Networks to discuss employment options and choices. An Individual Work Plan (IWP) is developed which outlines the services to be provided to assist clients in reaching employment goals.

Administers programs to assist people with disabilities. Programs include adult day programs, employment services, and respite.
