Provides a mandatory work program for recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). Includes case management, supportive services, vocational and educational training, and employment opportunities. May also include certified child care and transportation allowance. Contracted out to MAXIMUS and Equus Workforce Solutions. The goal is to promote self-sufficiency and prevent long-term reliance on public benefits.
