Provides assistance with the cost of Medicare. Assistance includes Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) which provides payment of premiums and deductibles of Medicare Part A and Part B for qualified people who are at or below 100% of Federal Poverty Level; Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB) which covers Medicare Part B premiums for qualified people who are below 120% of Federal Poverty Level; and Qualified Individual (QI) which covers payment of Medicare Part B premiums for qualified people who are below 135% of Federal Poverty Level.
