Provides assistance to pregnant women with a Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Offers Pregnancy and Pediatric Care, Postpartum Care, Parenting Education, Child Development Education, and Healthcare Provider Network.

Provides education and developmental services for families with children ages birth to five who may have disabilities and developmental delays.

Provides expectant parent education, parenting workshops and skills classes, child development classes, play groups, parent support groups. Also offers and Family Law Clinic and CPR and First Aid certification classes. Serves as a family resource center.
