none for hot meals; Culinary Program participants must be at least 18, eligible to work in the US, able to work in a hot and cold environment, stand for at least 6 hours a day, lift a minimum of 50 pounds, able to read and write in English at an 8th grade level, have reliable housing and transportation, and be able to commit for 10 weeks.
