Services include one-on-one family support, peer support, health promotion, support groups, training and education, individual and community-based living skills, respite, and connecting families and individuals with support in the community.

Provides a day center and overnight shelter for individuals that identify as female or non-binary who are homeless. Case workers are available to provide referrals to additional services. Center is pet-friendly. Also offers a warming center in the winter.

Provides community farmer's market.

Provides monthly emergency food boxes. Occasionally offers diapers, basic hygiene items, and pet food when available.

Offers services for older adults and people with disabling conditions. Services include medical appointment transportation, health advocacy, grocery shopping, friendly visiting and phoning, caregiver relief, personal business assistance, minor home repair, delivered meals for lunch, and a van offering transportation to and from recreational and shopping venues.

Provides information and referrals and Medicare counseling to seniors in northern Arizona. Also provides intake and case management for seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain in their own homes. Includes assessment of needs, development of an individualized care plan, and coordination of in-home support services. Offers ombudsman advocacy to those in long-term facilities.

Provides shelter and case management for up to 60 days for homeless families with children age 17 and under. Shelter accepts families with pets.

Offers support and information about end-of-life choices through meetings, books, and newsletters. Provides advanced directive packets about living wills and durable powers of attorney for health care; available for donation. Advocates for the legalization of physician aid in dying, also known as assisted suicide, through the Death With Dignity Act.

Provide facilities for law enforcement and officers of the court to investigate sexual assault, domestic violence, and crimes against children and vulnerable adults. Victims receive medical examinations and advocacy connecting them with local community resources. Serves as a family resource center.

Provides emergency food boxes including baby formula, clothing, household goods, toiletries, and other basic needs to individuals and families. Also offers assistance with signing up for Nutrition Assistance (food stamps/SNAP) and AHCCCS programs; job assistance; and resource referrals.

Provides financial assistance for goods and services to help enhance self-esteem of foster children. Funds may be used for sports equipment, musical instruments and lessons, bicycles, recreation costs, school trips, graduation and prom expenses, scholarships for college or vocational school, and other items that directly benefit foster children. Assistance is not available for general household items, foster facility improvements, or other matters for which the state already provides funding.

Provides law enforcement services including emergency response, police reports, crime prevention, special needs registry, and graffiti removal throughout the city. Also provides daily scheduled phone calls to older adults and people with limited mobility to check on their welfare. Dispatches police for welfare checks if there is no response after repeated attempts.

Provides showers, clothing, soup kitchen, and food boxes.

Offers parenting classes and support groups, family law legal services, diaper bag program, child support services, employment training services, financial literacy, food boxes, eye exams, eyeglasses vouchers, and referrals for housing and Duplicate Arizona ID.
